Working closely with Haven's Head Office and individual site events teams, we manage every aspect of the programme. From event planning and themed concepts to professional sommeliers, entertainment and on-site delivery, we provide a complete, end-to-end service that ensures every event is engaging, memorable and seamlessly executed.
The Gym Group – Annual Conference 2025
For the 2025 conference, the client wanted to refresh the experience and move away from the traditional hotel or conference-centre setting. Having previously delivered successful events at Sofitel London Heathrow and De Vere Beaumont House, we were excited to propose something completely different.
A Summer of Circus at Haven
In 2025, Haven approached Events Inc with what can only be described as a “nice problem to have”: during peak periods, their existing entertainment venues were operating at full capacity.
They needed additional event space that could deliver magical, family-friendly entertainment while also adding a true wow factor to their parks.
