Brief Overview
We have been delivering the annual program of experience days for Bourne Leisure’s holiday parks at their 36 Haven Parks across the UK since 2009. Our events have included a Mystery Bus, Mini Land Rovers, Birds of Prey, It’s a Knockout, Geo Caching, Mountain Biking, Zorb Football, Helicopter Flights, Ice Skating, Segways, Target Sports, Spy Days, Fire Engine Drills, Bushcraft, Hovercraft Flying, Psychic Workshops, Chocolate Making, and Fragrance Making, and the list goes on. We entertain more than 14,000 owners each year.
Project Details
We provide an annual calendar of mobile experiences to Haven Holiday Parks. Each park’s requirements are different, so we work closely with each holiday park and their team. We provide a full package of events that meet budgets and provide all marketing materials that align with Haven’s core values.
Execution and Delivery
We are an agent for over 100 different activities.
We provide an online portal for both supplier and client. Each park can download their events along with images and health and safety information.
All details are finely tuned, and we take care of all the handover information so that on the day, they can rest assured that their activity will be delivered smoothly, timely, and professionally.
With regular check-ins with client senior management, we are able to produce touch-button reporting across all of the UK on activities and budgets.
