From event planning and themed concepts to professional sommeliers, entertainment and on-site delivery, we provide a complete, end-to-end service that ensures every event is engaging, memorable and seamlessly executed.
About The Project
Since 2018, Events Inc Ltd has partnered with Haven Holidays to deliver exclusive events for holiday home owners across its UK resorts. Tasked with creating a unique experience centred around wine, community and entertainment, we developed the highly successful Haven Wine Club.
Now one of the most popular owner events across the estate, the Wine Club brings people together through expertly hosted tastings, themed evenings, and engaging experiences. We deliver more than six events per resort each year across 36 locations, providing everything from event planning and management to professional sommeliers, tasting notes and seamless on-site delivery.
The result is a premium, community-focused experience that continues to attract exceptional attendance and receive fantastic feedback from Haven’s holiday homeowners.
Brief Overview
Working across all 36 Haven resorts, our team manages the planning, scheduling, and delivery logistics for each monthly Wine Club event, tailoring every experience to meet the individual requirements of each site.
Each year, we collaborate with our expert sommelier to create themed tasting experiences, complete with professionally curated tasting notes. We also enhance selected events by providing experienced hosts, live entertainment and themed décor, ensuring every Wine Club delivers a memorable and engaging experience for holiday homeowners.
The Task
Events Inc Ltd was commissioned to provide 36 holidays parks across the UK with 6+ themed Wine Clubs per annum. To work closely with each site on scheduling and manage the end to end production, sourcing and delivery package, alongside additional event support.
Execution & Delivery
Working with Haven central HQ and park events manager, devise a robust strategy to service all 36 parks and build a professional event that can also be delivered by the on-site team through training and support.
