Tasting Notes: A richly textured and aromatic blend delivering intense floral and citrus notes through balanced palate with elegant freshness on the finish.

Producer: Bodegas La Purísima was founded by farmers in 1946 with the goal of improving the quality of Yecla wines.

Winemaking: The grapes come from D.O. Yecla in eastern Spain on the Murcia Plateau, where the vines are planted at an altitude of 700 metres and benefit from excellent diurnal temperature differences. The wine was aged on the fine lees to impart texture and complexity in stainless steel tanks which maintained freshness.
