Who are we?
Events Inc. is a UK-based event management company specializing in delivering experiences across a wide range of sectors.
Founded in 2006, we’ve been a trusted name in event planning and evening entertainment across the UK. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched, making us the go-to choice for a flexible and full solution to their event needs.
We have a focus on creativity, attention to detail, and seamless execution and we work closely with clients to bring their visions to life. Whether it’s corporate events, conferences, weddings, or private parties, we ensure every event is unique and memorable and fits our client’s budget.
We are delighted to have clients that have been working with us for over 15 years and there is never a dull day with lots of laughter.

Sonia Dean
Founder and Managing Director.
Sonia began the business in 2006 with the love of finding new and exciting experience days for people to enjoy and loves the diversity of the world of the events sector and the people within it. Having worked in a previous HR and Senior Team Support and Experience Day sector it’s giving her the chance to do her dream job.
Xander Weir
Operations and Creative Director
After a 20-year career in the holiday park sector, most recently as National Head of Entertainment for one of the UK’s leading holiday park brands, Xander has moved from client-side to supplier-side. This shift brings valuable insight into the operational needs and expectations of our clients at Events Inc Ltd.
Xander helps drive the ongoing evolution of Events Inc Ltd, ensuring we stay ahead of the market and continue to deliver a high-quality service. His expertise lies within the entertainment sector, with a broad network across the industry. Xander is a proud dog owner with a soft spot for his border collie, Clark.
Charlotte Carr
Contract and Agency Booking
Charlotte joined the team in 2023 and her organised approach to systems and processes keeps us on our toes. Charlotte brings so many skills to the table from a long career in both the corporate and leisure world - not forgetting her own cookery business. She also brings to the table a fabulous range of home-made soups and mince pies (and cheeky humour!).
Kate Marriott
Account Manager and Head of Wine Club
Kate started at Events Inc for one day a week in 2018 and never left. We like to think that it’s because of the extremely good tea and biscuits that were given, but she actually really loves her job. Kate has many roles within the business. Along with her excellent organisational and planning skills, she is also a graphic designer adding that creative touch, as well as just being a lovely human being. She gives great hugs too.
