Tasting Notes: A fruity and smooth wine with a lively cherry colour, showing warm, earthy and mellow aromas with ripe berried fruit, spice and toasty notes in the background. Ample on the palate, with good structure and a smooth finish.

Producer: Located in Yepes to the north of Toledo, Casa del Valle was established in 2000 with the aim of producing wines which reflect the personality of the local terroir and microclimate through their unique character. The 100 hectares of vineyard are planted with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, all chosen for their suitability for ageing and their well-defined character.

Winemaking: The two grape varieties were vinified separately in order to preserve the maximum character of each varietal. The wine was matured in barrels to achieve greater complexity.
