Producer: Located in Yepes to the north of Toledo, Casa del Valle was established in 2000 with the aim of producing wines which reflect the personality of the local terroir and microclimate through their unique character. The 100 hectares of vineyard are planted with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, all chosen for their suitability for ageing and their well-defined character.

Winemaking: The grapes were carefully selected at optimum maturity and were vinified using selected yeasts. Fermentation took place at low temperatures followed by a prolonged period on its fine lees, which imparted a roundness and smoothness to the resulting wine.
