Tasting Notes: Classic red berry and pink grapefruit aromas complemented by hints of black pepper and wild herbs. Smooth, with delicate berry and vanilla flavours through to a refreshing citrus finish.

Producer: The grapes were grown in selected vineyards in California. The vineyards were carefully cultivated throughout the year, to ensure the berries reached optimum maturity.

Winemaking: Canopy management ensures the vines receive sufficient aeration to keep the vine healthy. The warming Californian sunshine ensures the grapes reach excellent maturity. The grapes were harvested when they had reached maturity. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts to showcase the fruity aromas of the Zinfandel variety and retain the pure fruit flavours.
